Weāve just returned from our third stay at this beautiful caravan. The caravan is positioned in a nice quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. It is absolutely spotless and so well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The personal touches around the caravan make it stand out and it has a lovely decking area which is great to just sit and chill looking out at the sea. Weāll definitely be back!

Has a four night stay at 45 The Oval. Caravan was lovely and had everything you would need. Patio was a good size with nice furniture. Good location too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely modern well kept caravan very clean and fresh and was great to have space in main bedroom to change and not be up against the wall nice to have the double doors onto the decking area to sit and enjoy the great weather we had that weekend and our little dog loved to be out there watching people go by and get attention,the caravan was well equipped with everything we needed and in a central spot for access to beach or complex so would definitely recommend.

The caravan was lovely and clean and smelt lovely!, such a good location! (Quiet area but close to amenities) It was so well equipped and stocked with every home comfort. Very modern and comfortable. The only very small negative was the WiFi signal wasnāt strong enough for my kids to use their iPads so we had to use phone data the whole week but in fairness we also struggled with phone signal at times and weāve had the same trouble everytime weāve been to Berwick. We will definitely be returning! Excellent from start to finish.

Caravan was absolutely spotless and very modern. Good space and we just moved a few things about to fit the crate in for our dog, we have an XL crate and it fit in well moving the table on top the seats and put it in that space. I had a disabled child with me aswell and it was ideal for him. They loved sitting on the deck and watching the world go by. Would highly recommend to any family and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks for making our holiday fab from start to finish.
