Been going to Berwick upon tweed for a lot of years now & this is 1 of the best caravans wee have stayed in.
It was so tidy & clean very comfortable even the beds were so comfortable
The area it’s at was nice & quiet & wasn’t to far away from complex.
Thanks again will definitely be trying to book the same caravan later on in the year

Caravan was spotless on arrival, very modern and situated in a quieter area of the park.
Lovely views of the golf course and with the added bonus of a partial sea view. Pippa our Golden Retriever loved the freedom of the enclosed decking . Would highly recommend and will visit again the near future.

Very homely and comfortable caravan with loads of space. Perfect location for dog walks. Kids games to play. Lovely decked area for summer months. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the same one again.

We had a fabulous stay in this caravan, possibly the best caravan we have stayed in so far. It was well stocked with the essentials and so comfortable. It is in a quiet area of the park, but only a few minutes walk from the main complex. We loved it.

Al I can say is WOW WOW WOW when we walked into 20 golf view.
This van is amazing . It is so clean and beautifully equipped with everything and more that you could need . I have stayed in many holiday homes as my daughter works for a holiday company but I have never stayed in one as beautiful as this . Our dogs absolutely loved every minute of being there and watching the world go by sitting on the gorgeous veranda with a panoramic view in front of us. So tranquil to listen to the birds , while sipping a cold drink on the fully equipped outside seating area.
We can’t wait to return. Thank you for allowing us to make such beautiful memories . Our grandchildren lived it and the fact that there were so many games and a PlayStation for them to play with

We had a lovely break in this caravan. The position is very quiet yet only a few minutes walk to the pool and entertainment. This was the most well equipped caravan we've stayed in - lovely to have teabags/coffee/salt/pepper etc available and lots of games for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable. Hassle free check in and booking too.

Well appointed, modern, clean static caravan. Had a lovely weekend in Berwick with weather that allowed us to get to the beach every day. Third time staying in this caravan and it won’t be our last.

I took my 2 little ones with ASD and SEMH to this caravan not knowing what to expect, I’ve booked many private ones over the last year since we started our caravan holiday and this was beautiful.. so cosy... The main thing I liked was when I first got there and switched on main tv there was no hassle connecting WiFi etc.. my son who’s 5 asd and non verbal, also severe epilepsy doesn’t sleep past 3-4 hours at most maybe at home. Friends have even commented on the difference since Robbie entered this caravan it was like he was at ease. He loved the decking and had his own little pool out there. I did have to move a few of the beautiful flower vases on decking to underneath as Robbie would break them :( truly is a beautiful place to stay and I left them a little gift to maybe hang up.. they had a PlayStation , many board games. Bats and balls:.. everything was spotless when arrived. I wish I could commit a video to show people the extent of what these owners have gone To. Not sure if I was meant to use anything that was in caravan as never had one with everything like that. If ran short of washing up liquid there was some there. A coffee machine. Air fryer. Bluetooth speaker. Outside furniture and egg chair. Only thing I missed was plastic plates / bowls/ cups as son with asd can’t use the usual plates arc. And would prefer main tv on wall as he kept on wanting to touch but being such a nice smart tv I worried he would break. Sorry for long review but I couldn’t recommend this caravan Or dean enough. Perfect from start to finish after a friend recommended them.
P.s.. forgot to add. The extra toys like fidgets, bats and balls etc are something you didn’t need to add BUT you did, thinking of the bairns who come to stay.. so I’m truly grateful xx

Caravan was perfect, had everything we needed, our daughter thought it was brilliant with the games and all the books, even our dog Buddy loved the outside area as he could say hi to everyone as they passed. The caravan was in an ideal area, close to the beach and close enough to the complex! We will definitely be booking again!
