We have just came back from a lovely week in this caravan it was absolutely beautiful. We came as a family of 4 and there plenty of space plus more. There was a coffee machine with pods which I absolutely loved and drank around 5 a day! It was very clean and had everything you would need for a lovely week away including playing cards and kids games. It had every accessory needed and the kids absolutely loved it, can't wait to book up for next year!

What more to say than I have hired this van 5 times now, speaks for its self.
Stayed for 7 nights and it never disappoints.
Well looked after caravan with lots of personal touches that makes us want to stay for longer every time.
It is well equipped from dishwasher to air fryer and everything in between.
Furnished to a high standard with lots of personal touches too.
Owner very accommodating on any request we had.
Will be returning next year.

This caravan was amazing, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, from games for the kids to cleaning products and even a first aid kit.
Great location, with access to the beach, for walks on the golf course and the club house within easy reach.
Would definitely recommend and canât wait to book again!!!

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at 41 Alnwick Close with my two young children and my mum. WOW. What a caravan! This is my first time to the site and my first time booking privately. The communication from Dean from the start has been second to none. I was always kept informed, and provided with any information I may need in advance. The check in (& out) was quick and easy! Just what we needed after a (stressful!) fun filled day with children. The caravan is in a perfect location and has a lovely sea view. I honestly cannot fault a thing. It was so clean and we were provided with everything we could have needed. I came with tea towels, tin foil, tea/coffee etc like I would when staying in a Haven van, but it wasn't needed. Everything was provided (iron, hoover, air fryer etc). Plus I was able to hire a highchair and travel cot which was ideal. Beautifully decorated and as above, so clean and well presented. I have already recommended this van to friends and those looking to book on the Berwick Haven Facebook page. I will 100% be booking again. Thank you so much for such a lovely break!!

Caravan was absolutely brilliant, i honestly cannot fault it . it was so homely and comfortable and had everything we needed . Very modern and had lots of cleaning supplies including dishwasher . Games were provided and bedding was made up and ready for us for arriving , it smelled so clean and the beds were super comfortable with lovely teddy fleece bedding , our double bedroom had en-suite toilet . shower in main bathroom was fab, the kids rooms had games in the cupboard , wifi was spot on and tv had netflix etc⊠The out door area with decking and table and chairs was a lovely addition , we sat out in the morning having a cuppa tea and breakfast.
The location of the van was great too just under a 5 min walk to the complex , iâve stayed in a good few caravans at berwick and this by far has to be one of the best yet , would highly recommend this van to any family and i canât wait to return .

We stayed in 41 Anwick close . The caravan was beautiful very clean . Though it is a three bedroom caravan one of the rooms is only for small children . Also no oven trays to use . Other than these two issues would recommend the caravan and park we had a ball. Booking with Berwick caravan was great no issues

Weâve been visiting Berwick for over 20 years & this was the first time weâve booked via BCH & we were not disappointed. They provided an excellent service from start to finish & we would definitely book through them again.
Weâve just returned from a 2week stay at 41 Alnwick Close & what a lovely caravan it was. We absolutely love it. Accommodation was immaculate & very homely.
Beds very fresh and comfortable. Teddy bedding very cosy and not too warm.
All the essentials needed to have a lovely relaxing stay were included, plus extras including games for all the family.
Balcony was an added bonus. Our dog loved to just sit on the decking & watch the world go by.
Only down side was that the caravan was on a road that got get quite busy at times. It seemed to be the main route that all the maintenance vehicles used going to & from their yard.
The road also seemed to be a bit of a âhotspotâ for people using the hired bikes on site which could be quite noisy at times. It seemed to be an attraction for hired bike riders because of the speed bump on it. They treated the road like a race track, screaming every time they went fast over the speed bump.
The sea view was great, even managed to catch a glimpse of some dolphins.
Plenty to do in and around Berwick itself too.

When we arrived at the caravan, the first thing that stood out was the huge balcony which has been great for sitting and looking out at the ocean views with a morning coffee.
The interior of the caravan was fantastic, clean and very well looked after, we felt at home immediately.
The beds were comfortable and surprisingly the fleecy sheets were not too warm and very cosy to sleep in.
There was no high chair on arrival but it wasn't much concern as we had a pram to feed the toddler in, communication with the owner was great and they were very responsive.
The only fault was the lack of a toilet brush but I'm just nit picking really ha ha. We managed without one.
Overall fantastic holiday in an amazing holiday home. We would recommend to any family

Just finished our stay in this stunning caravan! As soon as I walked in the door I was delighted with how well it looked it has everything you need and more within the van to make your stay perfect we had our dog with us and older kids the location is fantastic easy to get to beach and entertainment area the view is fab! The seating area is great for sun lovers and your furry friends I canât fault anything this is now my 3 year booking with BCH I canât fault them at all amazing service we really feel appreciated especially by Suzanne top class service she is always at hand for anyone booking you wonât be disappointed top tier finishing throughout!the van was spotless WiFi was fantastic thanks for the memories definitely recommend you wonât be disappointed BCH thanks you keep up the hard work guys

The caravan is beautiful!! Decorated to a high standard very modern and tasteful. The added extras really were appreciated..toiletries, tea, coffee and sugar and lots more. We didn't really use the site facilities but did walk around and its perfect for children. The caravan is only a short walk from the amenities and beach.
We wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay in this caravan... would definitely recommend anyone to stay at 41 Berwick Close đ
