“Perfect holiday”

The property we stayed in was fantastic. So modern and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. It was in a perfect location and caught the sun all day so sitting out on the decking was lovely. It was immaculate inside and out and we can’t wait to get back.

Had a lovely stay here, beautiful caravan fully equipped with everything you need. Beautifully presented and very clean. Excellent location with a beautiful sea view. Would definately return children and our dog also had a fantastic time.

Recently had a great stay at Alnwick close, we have been going to Berwick Caravan park for at least 30 years, always booking through Haven, and as we’ve always had a dog we always had poor caravans but this dog friendly caravan was like luxury compared to what we’ve been used to. Also we’ve always wanted decking to sit out and this was great too. The caravan is well equipped and we used the air fryer for doing breakfast as we were either eating out or used the local Chinese delivery service.
They supplied all the cleaning products and towels, even soap and toiletries were supplied, which was great even though we’d taken our own, I would know next time as it saves all the hassle of packing them to take.
Very impressed and hope to book again in the future.

Had an excellent stay over a beautiful weekend. Caravan was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Good facilities and the beds were especially comfortable. Slight indirect issue was that there seemed to be some dog fouling just outside the van and our fear was that one of us inadvertently stood on it and trailed it into the caravan. Might be something for the owners to look into.

Quick and easy booking service with Berwick Caravan Hire. Good communication throughout the booking and stay. Caravan cleanliness, equipment and facilities are excellent, everything you need for a self catering break. Outside decking, seating and sea view a big bonus. Haven park staff very helpful and friendly.
Excellent value for money and very enjoyable stay, would recommend booking.

We stayed for a long weekend, 6 of us. Check In was smooth, caravan was spotless and well maintained and well stocked in terms of cutlery, utensils, washing up liquid, Soaps, kitchen roll, bin bags etc. Never hired privately before, always through Haven, but would have no qualms hiring one from BCH again. Brilliant!

What a gem. The whole process of booking and gaining access to the caravan was easy. Communication with the service contact, (Dean), was excellent; always with a quick response. The caravan itself was beautiful, with everything you would need for an enjoyable, stress-free break. From smart TV, to microwave, to iron and hairdryer. The caravan was spotless on arrival. The views out onto the water were fabulous. Few minutes into Berwick with its array of shops and eateries and five minutes drive to Asda or Tesco. We will definitely return; thank you. The only advice I would give is to take toiletries (which is to be expected) and toilet roll for your arrival. This review is for 18 Eskdale.

Great caravan,lots of kids games, very clean and kitchen equipped well, not many toiletries for up to 8 people, the only negative is one of the double duvet cover was missing.
