Absolutely stunning carvan, couldn't fault it it, beautiful, clean spacìsh, beautiful views!
We stayed in 41 sea view! 5 mins walk to the complex right next to the beach, 10 mins walk into berwick town center, neighbours where friendly, its such a lovely caravan couldn't fault nothing at all, really didn't want to leave,
Can't wait to return already!

We have Been to this caravan before, and it never fails to disappoint. The van is immaculate on arrival, tge beds are very comfortable and tge van is well stocked with everything you need, from utensilsand kitchen equipment, to throws and cushions in the living area. Tge view is lively and the decking are prestige with lovely lights and plants. We will be back.

An amazing holiday!
Caravan was fab & absolutely spotless! With lots for my little ones to do. Annemarie was great at communicating and answered all my questions. Me & family had great time at the entertainment each night very family friendly, would definitely recommend & return in the future ☺️

We were very happy with our stay this past week. The owners have more than accommodated visitors. We normally pack a fair amount of items in order to make our life easier, but realised upon arrival, that this was all taken care of. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time we have stopped in 25 tweeside. The caravan is stunning and situated in a very quite location but still very close to the amenities. The caravan now has tvs in every bedroom which was fantastic for my boy. Having a TV in the main bedroom last year was nice but now all 3 rooms have fully functioning tvs. The caravan was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything needed and more. Thanks again will definitely be using this caravan and site again and again

Stayed during the Easter holidays with my partner and our dog. We all had a wonderful time. Caravan looks exactly as advertised and there were loads of little extras in there that just made it. Shower pressure was amazing! Only niggle was WiFi wasn't strong enough for advertised netflix but we got by fine with freeview. Very close to the beach which the dog was pleased about, would use this caravan again and recommend it!

Me and my 3 girls hada lovely stay, the caravan was beautiful, and it was immaculately clean, which is so important as I am very fussy with cleaning. There's alot of thought put into this caravan, everything u need such as condiments, salt, vinegar, sauces. All utensils you need, an air fryer, loads of cleaning products and equipment such as sponges cloths, tea towel. Washing up liquid. There's bags, sugar, coffee, sweetener. First aid kit with all you need. Toilet roll, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, a hairdryer. Plenty for the kids, a whole range of games and Dvds, the kids loved them. There's books. Everything you need. Good wifi. Thankyou so much we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at a lovely, well equipped caravan. No water on arrival but a kind holiday maker turned it on for us. Only have one concern, the bath tub is extremely slippy, my friend bruised her knee while getting out. Could do with an anti slip mat.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in such a lovely location.
