“Lovely caravan & brilliant service!!”

I booked last minute after a very stressful & worrying week with family.
Communication was amazing.
Caravan was lovely & spacious, outdoor decking & seating.
perfect for us as we like to sit outside & relax.
The area was very peacful & quiet.
We are frequent visitors to berwick each year, we try to come atleast twice.
Unfortunately less than 24 hours in my little boy had an accident while attending something which required hospital treatment, the team booked with here truly could not of showed more care & compassion.
Knowing I was alone, I was offered support at hospital or the caravan. And they even checked up via message at a later point.
Honestly this spoke for it's self!!
Thanks to you all!! We will absolutely now be using them for our future bookings, thank you so much ! :)

“The best 🩷”

I took my 2 little ones with ASD and SEMH to this caravan not knowing what to expect, I’ve booked many private ones over the last year since we started our caravan holiday and this was beautiful.. so cosy... The main thing I liked was when I first got there and switched on main tv there was no hassle connecting WiFi etc.. my son who’s 5 asd and non verbal, also severe epilepsy doesn’t sleep past 3-4 hours at most maybe at home. Friends have even commented on the difference since Robbie entered this caravan it was like he was at ease. He loved the decking and had his own little pool out there. I did have to move a few of the beautiful flower vases on decking to underneath as Robbie would break them :( truly is a beautiful place to stay and I left them a little gift to maybe hang up.. they had a PlayStation , many board games. Bats and balls:.. everything was spotless when arrived. I wish I could commit a video to show people the extent of what these owners have gone To. Not sure if I was meant to use anything that was in caravan as never had one with everything like that. If ran short of washing up liquid there was some there. A coffee machine. Air fryer. Bluetooth speaker. Outside furniture and egg chair. Only thing I missed was plastic plates / bowls/ cups as son with asd can’t use the usual plates arc. And would prefer main tv on wall as he kept on wanting to touch but being such a nice smart tv I worried he would break. Sorry for long review but I couldn’t recommend this caravan Or dean enough. Perfect from start to finish after a friend recommended them.
P.s.. forgot to add. The extra toys like fidgets, bats and balls etc are something you didn’t need to add BUT you did, thinking of the bairns who come to stay.. so I’m truly grateful xx

We stayed Friday-Monday , nice and clean and great location. Very modern and close to the entertainment centre. TV in all bedrooms. Would definitely recommend.

Just home from a 3 night stay at this caravan. The caravan was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, lovely and quiet and perfect to relax. The nearby beach was gorgeous and my two children loved it. We didn’t really use the haven facilities as we prefer to just enjoy the location and that we did. Highly recommend for families looking for a break away to relax.
Berwick caravan hires were so kind and got us a travel cot when I realised my daughter was still too small for a proper bed. Made a huge difference to our evenings and we were very greatful.

Great break for 1 week. 2nd time to same caravan as it's really nice, welcoming, spacious and comfortable. Outdoor with loads of seating perfect for sun over the day and a sea view location.

Communication from start to finish was brilliant.
We couldn’t arrive the first day due to the weather but the company were really helpful.
We had a really lovely stay. The caravan was beautiful and clean. My children enjoyed the themed bedding. Everything you needed was there apart from towels. There was no information stated to take your own so we ended up having a trip to Morrisons to buy some so maybe that should be outlined somewhere. I read back on the information and there was nothing noted.
The main bed could do with a protector as it felt a little uncomfortable but we slept ok. The single beds were very comfy.
I would definitely return to Berwick. The site and the beaches were lovely.

We enjoyed the caravan and the park. There was plenty to do with kids and the location was great as it was close to the beach yet only a 5 minute walk to the complex.
The caravan was clean and a good size for us (2 adults, 2 children and a baby). Minor issues that the shower settings did not seem to change the temp and had to be done via the boiler, along with door latches need replacing. However overall it was very good and I would highly reccomend.
Facilities at the park are great with helpful friendly staff. Live lounge provides good entertainment for kids and there are plenty of additional activities that can be booked at a cost. We did not rate the food too highly in the on site restaurant.
Overall great holiday and caravan!

“Lovely week away in Berwick-upon-Tweed”

The caravan was spotless when we arrived. It was a lovely modern caravan with nice decoration. We enjoyed chilling out on the decking on an evening and watching the sea to and fro.
We enjoyed many a film-night with the kids, lounging on the comfy sofa.
The beds were very comfortable.
The caravan has a beautiful view of the sea. It is only a 2 minute walk from the Facilities and shop.
The parking was very accessible.
The children loved the daily creative activities provided by Haven, the pottery, sand bottles, sand art, den making, grass heads and sun catchers. They also really enjoyed the outdoor sporting activities such as Bungie and Segway.
We all enjoyed a couple of swims in the swimming pool and the outside pool.
It has been a brilliant stay and we're missing it already.
