Excellent location. We spotted dolphins from the decking twice! Clean upon arrival. Easy to get the keys. Loved all the little extras such as towels and a bath mat, fairy liquid etc. This is actually our second stay in this caravan and we are likely to book again. Thank you for helping to make our holiday!

“The perfect getaway”

The caravan was in the perfect location, the decking overlooked a beautiful view of the sea and we could access the quiet beach within minutes. Overall the caravan was clean and well appointed with homely comforts and a kitchen stocked with those things you always forget. Also the addition of the toys but particularly scrabble and connect 4 were a hit with my teenage children.
The only reason for the four stars is due to the set up of the bedrooms with bunk beds occupying with one of the rooms, we found this challenging with teenage children but the view and location of the van more than made up for it.
The park is beautiful and in such a great location with Berwick only a few minutes away, can’t wait to stay again next year!

This was the second time staying in this beautiful caravan, and we absolutely loved it. It was sparkling clean and fresh, has everything you need plus more, and its in the perfect location. If we could of afforded to extend our stay we totally would of, as we weren't ready to come home and leave this beautiful van. The owners left a lovely card and wine for us, which was a lovely touch and we really appreciate it. Can't wait to come back again soon, thank you so much!

We had the most amazing stay at 53 the cheviots, just left today! Caravan is situated right near everything you possibly need park, beach, complex, shop and amusements! The caravan itself was absolutely beautiful and clean! Communication was great between the owners and myself, already booked for next summer thank you ☺️

We had the most amazing time staying at 9 sea view. The views are incredible and just a short walk to the beach and facilities.
We did have a few issues with things out of anyone’s control which were sorted within 15 mins. However this didn’t impact on our stay but reassured us that we were in good hands with anything that we needed.
Thankyou again for our lovely break. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Just returned from a fantastic stay . Caravan was impeccable with everything you needed . Location was beautiful we watched the sun rise and set over the sea and was lucky enough to see the red moon . The facilities in the park its self was amazing and kept my children happy and safe . Already planning our return date .

I booked last minute after a very stressful & worrying week with family.
Communication was amazing.
Caravan was lovely & spacious, outdoor decking & seating.
perfect for us as we like to sit outside & relax.
The area was very peacful & quiet.
We are frequent visitors to berwick each year, we try to come atleast twice.
Unfortunately less than 24 hours in my little boy had an accident while attending something which required hospital treatment, the team booked with here truly could not of showed more care & compassion.
Knowing I was alone, I was offered support at hospital or the caravan. And they even checked up via message at a later point.
Honestly this spoke for it's self!!
Thanks to you all!! We will absolutely now be using them for our future bookings, thank you so much ! :)

I took my 2 little ones with ASD and SEMH to this caravan not knowing what to expect, I’ve booked many private ones over the last year since we started our caravan holiday and this was beautiful.. so cosy... The main thing I liked was when I first got there and switched on main tv there was no hassle connecting WiFi etc.. my son who’s 5 asd and non verbal, also severe epilepsy doesn’t sleep past 3-4 hours at most maybe at home. Friends have even commented on the difference since Robbie entered this caravan it was like he was at ease. He loved the decking and had his own little pool out there. I did have to move a few of the beautiful flower vases on decking to underneath as Robbie would break them :( truly is a beautiful place to stay and I left them a little gift to maybe hang up.. they had a PlayStation , many board games. Bats and balls:.. everything was spotless when arrived. I wish I could commit a video to show people the extent of what these owners have gone To. Not sure if I was meant to use anything that was in caravan as never had one with everything like that. If ran short of washing up liquid there was some there. A coffee machine. Air fryer. Bluetooth speaker. Outside furniture and egg chair. Only thing I missed was plastic plates / bowls/ cups as son with asd can’t use the usual plates arc. And would prefer main tv on wall as he kept on wanting to touch but being such a nice smart tv I worried he would break. Sorry for long review but I couldn’t recommend this caravan Or dean enough. Perfect from start to finish after a friend recommended them.
P.s.. forgot to add. The extra toys like fidgets, bats and balls etc are something you didn’t need to add BUT you did, thinking of the bairns who come to stay.. so I’m truly grateful xx

We stayed Friday-Monday , nice and clean and great location. Very modern and close to the entertainment centre. TV in all bedrooms. Would definitely recommend.
